Coverage in the event of an accident (CDW) reduces the amount of the payment by the renter, based on the total cost of damage to the amount of insurance deductible. An exception to this are cases when the renter causes damage to the vehicle while under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol or handles a vehicle in a prohibited or negligent way, e.g. off-road driving. CDW covers damage caused to the vehicle or its parts and accessories.
Most car rental companies include all necessary insurances in the rental price. To avoid careless driving and handling a car all insurance companies require to charge a deductible. In case of damage of the vehicle through your fault, the amount of damage will be deducted from the amount of the deductible. The deductible is also not given back in case of car theft. In other words, the insurance deductible - is the value of your responsibility for the rented car. Please keep in mind that the tyre damages are never insured. The responsibility of the renter shall not exceed the size of the deductible.
Minimum age is 18 years old.
Driving license and passport.
We don’t require that, but the traffic police in Thailand can fine you for the lack of international driving license.
The service is allowed only within the kingdom.
The duration of your rental starts and finishes according to the date and time specified in the contract. Unfortunately, we do not refund the difference for the return of the vehicle ahead of time. If you can not get the car at the specified date and time, we can not guarantee availability of the car and the money refund.
If you do not come for a long time, the car rental company can cancel your order. The order will also be cancelled in case of your absence.
The fuel level is fixed in the agreement at the time of transfer of the car. You must return the car with the same level of fuel. When you return the car with the fuel level more than it was at the time of signing the agreement the difference will be compensated.
We do not require a credit card.
The rental duration is calculated on the basis of indivisible periods of 24 hours. One month amounts to 30 days.

To rent a car you must have
Receiving and returning the car in its clean condition (after washing). If you have handed over the car in a dirty condition, then you pay for a car wash (the price of a wash is 200 baht). Upon receipt of the car, pay attention to the interior of the car. If it is dirty, be sure to note this in the contract. If you received a car with a clean interior and handed over with a dirty one, then customer pays for cleaning.
Please note that smoking in rented cars is prohibited. Fines can be imposed for violation of this rule.

RENTAL TERMS
Minimum rental period is 5 days.
Advanced booking payment is 5000 bahts. Advanced booking guarantees that you pick up the car at the time specified in the reservation form.
Time and date specified in the reservation form are the starting point of the rental period. You can change time and date free of charge 7 days before the pick-up time.
No cancellations. In case you cancel you will be charged 3000 baht (loose booking deposit).
Advanced booking payment is non-refundable in case the client is unable to pick up the car due to lack of documents or other reasons.

We do not refund unused rental period.
A description of the condition of the car and fuel level will be given to you at the same time as the rental agreement.
One rental day counts as 24 hours. Car renting less than for 24 hours should be paid as a whole day.
One rental month counts as 30 Days.
INSURANCE COVERAGE INFORMATION
Rental payment includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, and Liability Car Insurance with deductible: 5000 bahts for city cars and 7000 bahts for jeeps and luxury cars. The Renter covers losses within the bounds of the deductible in case of car damage or accident caused through renter’s or the third party’s fault, when it’s impossible to establish guilt.
Please note: windscreen, tire, under body, roof and interior damages and also key and lock change, towage, damages made during off-road driving are not covered with CDW.
In case the Renter drove the car under the influence of alcohol or drugs or performed reckless driving, he can be charged the full cost of repairing the vehicle and reimbursement of third parties.
